The Opportunity
In the role of Operations Planner at Power Transformers, you play a crucial role in planning and creating an efficient production schedule to ensure and maintain the goal of a smooth production flow and timely delivery of our products. You are responsible for planning and optimizing resources and capacity for four of our workshop areas. You work closely with other functions such as production, purchasing, and project management to solve challenges and drive improvements. In this role, you will experience a combination of structure and problem-solving in a varied environment. You will be part of a close-knit team that always supports each other.

How You Will Make an Impact
- You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing production work within four of our workshop areas.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with production, purchasing, project management, and other internal functions to drive improvements and find cost-effective solutions.
- You will monitor and adjust the planning as needed to manage changes and solve issues, such as quality and delivery challenges.
- You will provide support in daily operations and ensure that we continuously strive for a smooth production flow and meet our goals.
Your Background
- You are a structured and communicative person. You enjoy taking responsibility and working both independently and in teams.
- You have strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving. As a person, you are flexible and adaptable, which allows you to handle changes and challenges with commitment and a positive attitude.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
- If you have previously worked in manufacturing or project management, we consider it an advantage.
As a person, you enjoy learning new things and are willing to take initiative. You are curious and engaged, which enables you to find solutions creatively by seeing opportunities.
